MEET CLAUDIA
A mother of two beautiful souls, a devoted Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Retreat Leader with over 16 years of experience guiding others back home to themselves.
My journey around the world through war zones, to yoga, to spiritual awakening
Before I became a yoga teacher I spent more than 10 years working in conflict and post-conflict areas in East Europe, Africa and Asia as a Child Protection Specialist with the United Nations which lead me to discovering yoga on a mission in remote Nepal. I was very passionate about my job. Each mission was an enriching and profound life experience, though eventually Life had other plans for me. Life took me on a personal transformation: from volunteering in extremely difficult conditions in war countries to working with the United Nations; from extreme adventures in some of the most remote and beautiful corners of this planet to becoming a mother to two beautiful souls; from yoga teacher to the unimaginable opening of spiritual the doors within me, my Kundalini. My journey along with my spiritual awakening allowed me to heal my body and my soul and to reach a beautiful life, still with with many challenges as all of us have, but life has shown me that each experience we have has a purpose. and nothing really happens by chance.
My approach to life and yoga
After my spiritual awakening, everything changed. I finally surrendered and was able to experience the magic of Life. The concept of Karma began to resonate deeply within me, and I understood how my own life’s experiences were simply tests which life had brought to me in order to learn the lessons that I needed to learn.
I believe we are all constantly evolving souls on our own journeys as students attending the school of Life guided by our karma as a teacher. I believe our challenges are great opportunities for self development and spiritual growth and sometimes we just need some support to get “unstuck” and start seeing the light again. In other words, the process of life unfolds naturally when we step into the flow.
We can confront life’s challenges with joy or fear. We can decide whether to be in resistance to life or to dive more deeply into self love, trusting, surrendering and honouring our selves and our process. It is always better to dive into the flow
IT IS MY HONOR TO BE IN SERVICE, TO SHARE THE BEAUTY OF YOGA WITH OTHERS
