My philosophy

I grew up in Italy, close to Assisi, the birthplace of St. Francis.  While exploring the mystical woods where he retreated to seek his connection with the divine,  I immersed myself into deep questions about the meaning of the essence of Life.  Nature became my cathedral.

At 9 years of age inspired by him I already had my life’s dream: to be in service for vulnerable children in Africa. To that end, I became a social worker and eventually traveled to Uganda to work with orphans. From there I became a child protection specialist and worked in Burudni, Albania, Nepal and Fiji, where I worked with street children, child soldiers and victims of sexual abuse and trafficking.  During those years I dove into the eyes and lives of many souls and, thanks to those connections, my soul was shaped with the moments that I will carry for the rest of my life. At the same time those experiences have been truly spiritually inspiring.

When I arrived in Nepal I felt truly at home – the smells, colors, energy and people all felt inexplicably familiar, like if I had lived there before.  I began my inquiries into life and death, reincarnation and the purpose of life. My spiritual journey got very deep without following any religions. My body became my sacred temple. Meditation, Yoga, healthy meals, bathing myself in Nature, exploring a tantric and shamanic path,  holistic healing approaches, Sisterhood and Brotherhood circles,  energetic healing  work, practising Gratitude and Forgiveness, being in service for the planet, all these and much more became part of my daily life.

With the belief that we are all immortal and constantly evolving souls on our own journeys, we have choices. We can confront life’s challenges with joy or fear and we can decide whether to move forward and plan a brighter future. With the realization that each of us is in charge of our own journey based on our karma, and that we are all responsible for our own self growth, I offer  my service to those who resonate  with my vision in order to dive more deeply into self love, trusting and honoring yourself.
